Full Home Renovations
Designing Your Dream Home with Utah Home Repairs
Making selections for a complete home remodel is both exciting and involved—and rightfully so. Your home is your sanctuary, and a well-planned remodel can bring long-term comfort, beauty, and value to you and your family.
While the industry standard for a full home remodel is 4–6 months, at Utah Home Repairs, we believe in doing things differently. With meticulous planning and clear communication, our typical construction phase is just 2–3 months.
If the remodel is happening during occupancy, we’ll take special care to seal off lived-in areas, and provide all necessary notices related to construction activity, utility shut-offs, and more.
What to Expect: The UHR Remodel Process
1. Demolition
Demolition sets the tone for the entire remodel. When approached with intentional planning, it makes rebuilding faster, more accurate, and more efficient. Clear communication about the desired end result shapes our demolition plan. Occasionally, we uncover surprises once the walls are open—but rest assured, our licensed professionals are ready with solutions, not just responses.
